I had someone not long ago, for the first time in my short time as a pastor, ask me this about membership: "How will 'me' being a member give glory to God?" That's the kind of people we need! But maybe that's the kind of disciples the church needs to be creating. (It may very well be that the universal church has created this problem for itself.) Amen! Amen!
